The one that earned every star. Centennial and Goldings give it a classic floral-citrus hop character, the dry malt adds body without going heavy, and the Mosaic dry hop bomb takes it to another level — stone fruit and berries just explode out of the glass. Clean US-05 ferment lets the hops do all the talking. This is the recipe I keep coming back to.

Named this one Aztec because the hop combo feels ancient and bold. Citra brings the tropical citrus, Centennial adds the classic American punch, and Pride of Ringwood gives it that Aussie bitter edge. Azacca hop bomb on day 3 takes it over the top with mango and papaya vibes. Pale ale base with liquid malt for extra body and a bit of sweetness to balance the bitterness. Really happy with how this turned out.

Wanted to see what LN2 cryo Citra could really do. Centennial at 30 for a clean bitter base, then the cryo Citra at 10 minutes — the concentrated hop oils hit different, way more intense tropical and citrus than regular pellets. Pale ale tin and dry malt on the whirlpool for smooth body. Eight day brew and it turned out banging. The cryo hops are definitely worth the hype.

Built this one to hit hard. Two cans of Cooper's Real Ale as the base with a triple hop combo — Galaxy for that big passionfruit punch at 60, then Amarillo and Topaz late for tropical citrus layers. Dry hopped all three for five days and it came out juicy with a solid bitter backbone. Would bump the dry hop next time but honestly this one rips.

Went for a proper clean German lager. Hallertau hops for that traditional noble character, lager extract as the base, and a bit of dry malt split between the boil and whirlpool for some extra body. Simple and honest — nothing fancy, just a crisp session beer. Decent but could use some tweaking on the malt balance.

Tried something different with this one — passionfruit and lime zest added on day 3 with a late hop charge. Centennial and Cascade give it a solid citrus-pine hop backbone, and the fruit additions add a tart tropical twist. Kegged on day 7 with two days on high carb. The fruit came through but was a bit subtle — next time I'd double the passionfruit. Fun experiment though.
